Why are Employees not Reflecting in the Alphalist 7.2 Schedule 1 of Sprout Payroll?

Here are the possible reasons why an employee does not reflect when you try generating the Alphalist 7.2 version. 

1. Minimum Wage Earner (MWE)

In HR (Full sync)

• To check, admins can go to the Employee Profile > Current Payroll Information > Compensation & Benefits (Salary) 
• MWE: Yes 

In Payroll (Payroll only, or Partial sync)

• Employees tab > Salary Details
• MWE: Tick checkbox

2. Regional Operating Headquarters (ROHQ)

In HR (Full sync)

• To check, admins can go to the Employee Profile > Current Payroll Information > Employment Details
• ROHQ: Yes

In Payroll (Payroll only or Partial sync)

• Employees tab > Job Details
• ROHQ: Tick checkbox

3. Consultant

In HR (Full sync)

• To check, admins can go to the Employee Profile > Current Payroll Information >
• Compensation & Benefits (Salary) 
• Consultant: Tax rate

In Payroll (Payroll only or Partial sync)

• Employees tab > Job Details
• Consultant: Tax rate + Alphanumeric tax code (ATC)
