Similar to other features like applications, an automatic email is sent to the employee's immediate supervisor.
With Performance+, you can also configure the employee's profile so that an email is automatically sent to their manager after they complete their appraisals. Here’s how to do it:
STEP 1: Click System Setup
STEP 2: Click Company Settings
STE 3: Scroll down until Self Evaluation
STEP 4: Check/Tick the box for Ready Notification
When the Ready Notification checkbox is checked, Performance Pro will automatically send an email to a manager letting them know when their employee has completed their self-appraisal.
When the Ready Notification setting is unchecked, an automatic email is not sent. Instead, the employee will have the ability to choose to have a system-generated e-mail sent to the manager to let them know that he/she has completed their self-appraisal.
