Sprout Concierge: Setting up your account/ How to Log in & out

Meet Sprout Concierge, also known as Serge – your company's very own AI assistant designed to navigate the ins and outs of your workplace.

Picture ChatGPT, but with a twist: Serge is specifically trained to tackle your company's unique policies, processes, and culture. Whether it’s questions about the employee handbook, company profile, or internal procedures, Serge has the answers, making it easier than ever to find the information you need, right at your fingertips.

Getting Started: Setting Platform Password

Sprout will send you an email inviting you to set up your password in the SAIL platform.

1. Check your email and look for the invitation email. If it’s not in your inbox, check your spam folder.

2. Click Set Up Your Password or use the link provided if it doesn’t work.

3. Set your password.
4. Click Create Password. You should be able to log in to the SAIL platform.

Note: The invitation email will expire within 24 hours of receiving it. Please ask your CSM for assistance if it expires.

Logging In

1. Go to the SAIL platform.

2. Enter your email and password.
3. Click Log In. You will be redirected to the platform.

Logging Out

1. Click your account icon in the upper right corner.
2. Click Logout. You will be redirected back to the Login page.
