Have you ever wondered why the 'Create New Payroll' button is not showing in your account?
Any payroll admin will not be able to create a new payroll run of the same payroll run type if there is still an existing PENDING payroll.
To resolve this, here's what you can do:
1. Go to the Payroll Runs tab
2. Select Year and select ALL
3. Review all payroll runs (including previous years) to check any Pending status payroll.
- In the screenshot above, the Pending is the December - Period 2 (Normal Payroll) for Rank and File & Officer.
Options:
A) If the payroll run was not used, click View and Delete
B) If the payroll run was used, please PROCESS it.
