Installation Guide

For the users to enjoy seeing payslips in the app, please ensure to download and install the latest update of Sprout HR mobile application via App Store (iOS) or Play Store (Android) on your device.

Easily view your payslip history
Step 1: In the app’s homescreen, tap the “Payroll” icon . You will be prompted for authentication to view your payslip of 2316 form.

Step 2: Just complete the authentication to land on the Payroll Reports page. Here you will see updated details for the payslip option reflecting the capability to view all of your payslips.

Step 3: Select the “Payslips” option to view your payslip history. This section displays your most recent payslip and provides guidance on the latest payslip posted to your account. Each payslip card includes the description of the payroll run which can include the payroll period, based on your company’s payroll processes. The list is sorted chronologically by month based on the transaction date of the payroll run, with the most recent payslip appearing first, followed by earlier ones. 

Step 4: Select any of the payslip cards to view the PDF version of the payslip. Same as before you are still able to zoom in and out, and download the PDF version of the document.

FAQ

1. Can I filter the list to show only payslips from a specific month, payroll period, or year?

• Currently, this functionality is not available. However, we are actively exploring enhancements to improve this feature. Stay tuned for future updates!
