An Alphalist is an alphabetical list of employees who have paid tax in line with Philippine Revenue Regulations. What if the employee has previous employment? How can we add their details to your Alphalist if the accounts in HR and Payroll are synced? In this article, we will discuss the steps on how to do this.
Synced accounts are determined by this symbol beside the fields in Sprout HR. This happens when the HR Account is requested to be synced in your Payroll Account. This will ease the process when running your payroll as it adds automation to the attendance of the employees.
To add the previous employment details of the employee, you have to record it in Sprout HR under Current Payroll Information > Previous Employment Details:
