Users can now file attendance requests on Sprout Mobile! Just like when we apply for the COA application on the Sprout HR website, you can now use your mobile phone to apply for Certificate of Attendance through the My Request feature on the home screen of your mobile app. Keep on reading below to know more!
Timesheet Lock
Just like on Sprout HR, the Timesheet Lock will be applicable on the Sprout Mobile app and will let you know if you can file a Certificate of Attendance request on dates. Just remember that the timesheet is locked in the payroll period that is being processed for salary disbursement. The golden rule of Timesheet Lock is to prevent anyone from filing requests on dates for which the payroll is being processed.
Company Policy
Each company has its own company policies for applications, attendance, and others. For Certificate of Attendances, we have policies for advance and late filing, minimum and maximum logs that are allowed to be filed per application, and how the days are being counted (calendar or working days). All of this will be checked by mobile app.
Filing Certificate of Attendance Applications
Step 1: Log in to your Sprout HR mobile app and click My Requests on your home screen.
Step 2: On your My Requests page, select Certificate of Attendance.
Step 3: Select the date(s) for the Certificate of Attendance. Click Select Date(s).
Step 4: Each date will have its own date cards where logs can be added by clicking Add In and Add Out buttons.
To add more logs, click the date card to show the Add In, Add Out and Copy To.
Click Add In and Add Out to create logs on each date card. Click Copy To to apply the added logs to another date.
