In Sprout Payroll, you can set a unique sender's name for payslips sent via email.
Here’s how:
1. In Sprout Payroll, go to the Users tab and click the Edit button and edit the username. Then, click Update.
For example from Marleyan Corporation to Marleyan Payroll as a new username.
2. After that, you must re-login to Sprout Payroll with the new username.
3. Next, the newly modified User can now trigger the sending of payslips to employees.
Just go to Reports > Payroll > Payslips and then, select the Payroll Details and click “Send to Email”.
A notification message will be displayed that the Payslip has been sent.
5. Finally, the username will be displayed as the payslip sender.
Please take note that the user who triggers to send the payslip via email will be the sender that will reflect on the recipients' end.
