You may be wondering why you can't log in to Sprout HR and keep getting the error message "Invalid username or email" even if you are using your correct login credentials.
There is no need to worry!
As a reference, check over the items listed below for logging in to your Sprout HR account.
1. Make sure you're using the correct Company URL.
Remember that each company has its own URL when using Sprout HR; if your company has sub-companies, use the URL associated with your Main Company.
Also, note that the URL sprout.hrhub.ph is only available to Sprout employees.
Therefore, you can ask your HR Administrator what the correct Company URL is for logging into your account.
2. If you are using a Username when logging in, you can verify your Login Name or Username on your with your HR Administrator as it must be the same as the one specified in your profile.
The Admin may go to Employee Profile > Access Level > Login Name to check this.
3. If you are using an Email address when logging in, you can verify with your HR Administrator if the email address is set as your account's primary email address in your profile.
The Admin may go to Employee Profile > Contact Information > Email Address.
4. Double check if the password you've entered is correct.
If you have forgotten your password, you can reset it by following the instructions in the Knowledge Base articles.
Note: If your account gets locked, please coordinate with your HR Administrator so they can unlock your account and send you the reset password link. Here’s the KB article as a reference: Security feature: Account lockout with CAPTCHA
