Clock In with the Mobile Bundy!

What is the Mobile Bundy?

Mobile Bundy is a counterpart of Web Bundy on the Sprout HR web application where users can clock in and out even if not activated for Geotag or Geofence setup.

How does it work?

The Mobile Bundy is a new feature on the Sprout Mobile app and this will only work if the Geotag/Geofence setup is not activated.

To clock in or out, go to your Home Screen and click Clock In or Out. You can also clock in and out via the CIAO alerts (which have to be enabled to work) that you get on your notifications area when your shift starts and ends.

Other new features affected by the Mobile Bundy:

CIAO

Users who have Mobile Bundy feature flags enabled will be able to clock in and out via the CIAO alerts.

My Biologs, Attendance Management

Users clocking in and out using the Mobile Bundy will have notes “Logged in/out via Mobile Bundy” on the attendance logs.

Frequently Asked Questions:

1. Why am I not able to clock In/Out using Mobile Bundy?

There could be two reasons:

1. 1. • The Web Bundy is not enabled for your Access Level (How to Enable the Virtual Log In (Web Bundy))
      • Mobile Bundy may have not been configured for you yet. Please reach out to your HR Admin to inquire about it.
      • Your company or department has signed up for the Geotag/Geofence Clock In and Out. (Clocking Features: Geotag vs. Geofence)

2. Can the Mobile Bundy be set per Access Level?

Yes, but please note that this is dependent on which Access Level has Web Bundy.
