The Approval Center for Mobile is now finally here!

Approval Center is now available for Official Business, Certificate of Attendance, Undertime, or Schedule Adjustment application.

Push Notifications for Attendance Applications

Worry no more! Approvers and requesters in the mobile app will now be able to receive push notifications when an application is submitted, approved, rejected, and resent.

As an approver, you'll see a notification on your phone. Simply click on the notification to be redirected to the approval center. From there, you'll be able to either reject, resend, or approve an application.

As a requester, you'll get a notification on your phone when your applications are Rejected, Resubmitted, or Approved.  Clicking on the notification will redirect you to the main My Requests Page.

Below are the approval action buttons for rejecting, resending, or approving an application.

How to Reject, Resend or Approve an Application

Step 1: On your Sprout HR mobile app, click Approval Center.

Step 2: In the Approval Center, you'll see all pending applications from your team.

Step 3: Below are different ways to use approval actions in the Approval Center.

• Swipe an application to the right or click the Approve button on the approval card to approve.

• Swipe an application to the left or click the Reject button on the approval card to reject.

• Click the Resend button on the approval card to resend an application.

Step 4: To see the details of the application, click on the application card. From there, you'll also be able to reject, resend, and approve.

Frequently Asked Questions

1. What applications can I approve in the Approval Center for mobile?
   • Right now, if attendance applications are created through the web app, available push notifications are for OB, COA, and UT only.
2. Are approval flows going to work in the Approval Center?
   • Yes! Sequential and Parallel approval flows are also available in the Approval Center for mobile.
3. Will I get notified when there are applications from my team?
   • Yes! When attendance applications are created via mobile app, push notifications are available for OB, COA, OT, SA, and UT.
4. When is approval for leaves going to be available?

   • Leaves approval is not yet available but the details of Leaves can already be viewed in the Approval Center. Please watch out for the next release on the availability of the Approve, Reject, and Resend buttons for Leaves approval.

5. Is the Timesheet Lock applicable on the Approval Center for mobile?
   • Yes. Timesheet lock checking is available but will not be showing the exact error message yet, rest assured that we will be working on it.
