There will be times that you will accidentally be locked out of your Performance+ account especially if you entered the wrong password for consecutive times.
If ever the account of the Admin or the users has been locked, here’s what to do:
1. Click on the Search button, from the search employee bar at the top of your screen.
2. From the Menu Section on your left, click on Administration then choose Manage Users.
3. Click the Unlock User box and then, hit Save.
4. Once done, a prompt successfully changed will be displayed.
2. However, if all Admin users have been locked in Performance+
You need to fill out the Change Request Form and submit it in order to process this request via the back end. Indicate the Employee ID and the Username to unlock for reference.
