Project Tagging:
Edit, Remove, and Add Project Tags
We are continuously enhancing the Project Tagging feature on Sprout HR and during the first quarter of the year, we have released a feature where employees may be able to edit, remove, and add project tags. This is done in order to keep the projects organized for better tracking come the release of the Project Tagging Report. This configuration of Project Tags are available through the My Attendance Logs page of their account.

Project Tagging Report and Export
Prior to this release, there was no option for users to generate and export a report in relation to Project Tagging. With this, information gathering can be done with just a few clicks of a button! For a complete guide, you may take a look at our articles below:

Employee Profile:
Department Name Sorting
In order to improve the experience of users creating and editing Employee Profiles on Sprout HR, we have enhanced the Department dropdown list to automatically be sorted in alphabetical order. This way, users won't have to keep scrolling back and forth to find the department they wish to assign employees in.
Separate column for ZIP Code in the Bulk Template and setting Primary Addresses
To ensure the accuracy of payroll reports (e.g. BIR 2316), we have created a separate column on the Bulk Template where the ZIP code can be placed. Aside from this primary addresses can be set in the Contact Information tab and these will be the information that will reflect in the reports.
