The Employee List Report on Sprout HR gives a masterlist of all employees and all details concerning their employment and personal life (Government details, birth date, ID number, etc.). As such, this list is not something that can be readily viewed by everyone who uses Sprout. Fortunately, you can readily enable and disable the viewing of the employee list report, depending on the given access level for certain employees. The steps below show how:
1. Under the Maintenance Tab on the uppermost portion of the dashboard, select Access Levels from the drop-down list that appears.
2. From the Access level, select the user level of the employees you wish to enable or disable the viewing of the Employee List Report.
3. On the same page, click on the Navigation access tab.
4. Locate the Employee List Report from the list on the page.
5. There, you will find a checkbox to enable the feature. If you wish to disable the viewing, make sure the box is unchecked. If you wish to enable this feature, then simply tick the box.
6. Then don’t forget to save the changes you made. The Save button can be found on the upper part of the screen beside the Access Name field.
