What is Sprout Info?
Sprout Info is a generative AI chatbot that answers product inquiries about the following Sprout products:
- Sprout HR
- Sprout Payroll
- Sprout Mobile
- Sprout Finances (ReadyCash, ReadyWage)
- Sprout Benefits (Pulse, Wellness)
- Sprout Insight
- Sprout Ecosystem
- Sprout Onboarding Module
- Performance+
Think ChatGPT, but trained to assist users regarding Sprout product information.
How is Sprout Info different from InQA?
Sprout Info is the official brand, while InQA is the persona of the bot. They are the same bot!
Why do I need the bot?
Sprout Info provides quick access to information about Sprout’s core products. Instead of browsing through multiple documents or asking our Sprout Experts, you can go straight to the bot to find answers and troubleshoot issues you encounter while using our products. This way, our experts could also focus on more complex issues that need to be resolved.
How does the bot work?
Simply type in your question or chat with the bot, and it will give answers to your queries in seconds. Its answers will be based on Sprout Solutions’ Zendesk knowledge base articles containing Sprout product information.
Some existing articles in the Zendesk portal have been modified and excluded in the bot to remove irrelevant and unnecessary information such as infographics and outdated news, updates, and features.
Where can I access the bot?
There are three (3) ways to access the bot:
- Visit info.sprout.ph, log in, and start asking questions!
- Go to Sprout HR. Click the bot icon on the lower right corner, and click Sprout product inquiries. You will be redirected to the bot.
- Go to Sprout Mobile. Tap the bot icon on the lower right corner, and tap Sprout product inquiries. You will be redirected to another login page if your company does not have SSO enabled. Log in using your SSO account, then you will be redirected to the bot.
How do I activate the bot? I don’t see Sprout Info on my Sprout HR dashboard or the Sprout Mobile app.
First, your organization needs to be on Sprout HR or Mobile. Single Sign-On (SSO) Mode should also be enabled.

Even if you don’t have it on Sprout HR or Sprout Mobile, you can always visit info.sprout.ph, log in using your Sprout HR account, and start asking questions!
Who will have access to the bot?
All Sprout HR clients with SSO mode enabled can access the bot. Logging in to Sprout HR or Mobile via SSO is required before accessing it.
How much is the bot?
Sprout Info is free to use as its main purpose is to educate the public.
Can I file tickets to Sprout Experts via Sprout Info?
Yes! Please take note that you must have the Admin dashboard type in Sprout HR to be eligible in filing tickets directly via the bot.
If you need more assistance from our Sprout Experts, click the File a ticket button and enter the details of your concern. When you submit your request, an email will be sent to Sprout, and you'll also receive a copy of your concern. Our Sprout Experts will then reply to address your concern once they review it.
What are the limitations of the bot?
Sprout Info is currently still evolving so here are some things to keep in mind:
- Company-specific queries: The bot currently can’t answer questions about your company’s specific setup. It can only address general queries related to Sprout’s core products and features.
- Accuracy: The bot is continuously improving, but it can still make mistakes. We recommend double-checking resources or contacting our Sprout Experts if needed.
- Ticket follow-ups: The bot is not capable of providing updates on your open support tickets. You may reach out directly to our Sprout Experts for real-time updates.

How do I report issues about the bot?
You may leave feedback in two (2) ways:
- Answer feedback - Click the 👍 or 👎 buttons on an answer. If the bot is giving inaccurate answers, please click the 👎 button, and enter your comments.
- General feedback - Click Share your opinion on the top banner and report any issue or comment regarding your overall experience.
