As an Employee, this will only be visible if this feature is enabled for your Access Level. This can be configured in Maintenance > Access Levels > Navigation Access. If this is not yet appearing on your end, you may reach out to your HR Administrator.
Step 1: In your dashboard, go to the ‘My Attendance’ widget and click on the ‘Time Card’ button. Click ‘Log me in’.
Note: In order for this to appear, the Web Bundy feature should be enabled for your access as well. (How to Enable the Virtual Log In (Web Bundy))
Step 2: A pop-up will show to enable you to select from the projects assigned to you. Click on the Project Name you will be working on to select it. Note that you can only choose one project.
If there is no project assigned to you, you will see this pop-up which will allow you to log in as usual:
Step 3: Once done selecting, click the ‘Start Project’ button. You will be redirected back to your Dashboard with a success message.
If you click ‘Clock In Only’, Sprout HR will still capture your biologs without any project tags.
Step 4: Once done selecting, click the ‘Start Project’ button.
Step 5: You will be redirected back to your Dashboard with a success message.
Note:
- This feature is only available if the Web Bundy is enabled
- Currently, this would only be applied for clock-ins using the Web Bundy. For clock out, it would be the same as usual when using the Web Bundy features
