Another pre-requisite to make sure that Single Sign-On (SSO) will work after clicking the Performance+ tab in their dashboard is their Username. If the username doesn't match in both Sprout HR and Performance+, we might need to update it. No worries, we got you! Here are the steps to update it:
1. First thing to check is the Select Employee bar at the top. Please make sure that the correct employee is selected to which we need to update the username.
2. From the Menu Section on your left, look for Administration, then click on Manage User.
3. From the sub-menus below the Select Employee bar, click on "Edit User".
4. Just click on the box and you may now edit the username as desired.
5. Once done don't forget to hit on the "Save" button below.
