What is a Performance Level?
These are the numeric ratings given by appraisers to their employees when evaluating their core values, competencies, and goals. The default Performance level is 5 and you can raise it up to 10 only. If you wish to set it up to be more than five, you will be needing to create additional:
- Core Value Level Descriptions
- Competency Level Descriptions
- Goal Level Titles/Descriptions
- Final Score Titles.
How to configure the Performance Level?
1. From your Menu list on your left, click on System Setup, then Company Settings.
2. Make sure you are under the "Performance Assessment Settings" tab.
3. Under the "Basic Settings" portion, you may change the levels under "Performance Levels".
4. Once done, don't forget to click on the "Save" button.
5. This is how it looks when you raised the levels to more than 5. The screenshot below shows the level up to Level 10. You may need to set the description for each level for Core Values, Competencies, Goals, and Final Score Titles. You may go to System Setup> Level Configuration.
