In Performance+, adding a goal is as simple as 1, 2, 3.
To add one, follow these simple steps:
1. Click on the Search button, from the search employee bar at the top of your screen.
2. From the Menu Section on your left, click on Employee Documents then choose Employee Goal Tools.
3. Select which appraisal process you wish to work with from the Performance Assessment Process dropdown.
4. The Current Goals tab will display. Click the Future Goals tab if desired. Then, click Add Goal.
Note: Any goals entered in the "Current Goals" tab will be required to be accomplished within the current appraisal period. "Future Goals" will not be completed within the current appraisal period, as they are goals for the employee's next appraisal period.
7. Populate the Goal details and Save.
8. Add Action Steps, if desired, by clicking the + sign, then click Save to save the Action Step and repeat if desired.
9. Lastly, click the Save button.
Once completed, the added goal will show up in the Performance Evaluation Process.
