1. The Performance+ button does not appear in our Sprout HR, what do we do?
It is likely that the feature is not activated yet for your Company. Sprout is activating the feature in batches. You may reach out to experts@sprout.ph for the schedule.
2. After clicking the Performance+ button, there's an error telling me that the "identifier does not exist" in my performance+ account
If this happens, likely your Employee Number is different in Performance+. Reach out to your HR and Perf+ to make the needed changes to make it aligned. If the issue is not yet fixed, reach out to experts@sprout.ph
3. Is LMS covered in the SSO?
Yes, if you login first to HR then click the Performance+ button then, click the LMS button - you don't need to sign in again.
4. When I create a new Company in HR, is the SSO feature automatically enabled?
No. This is not automated because this will depend on your setup. A request must be submitted to Experts by submitting the Change Request Form (CRF) if your created Company that does not have Performance+ SSO and we'll need more information on how you map HR Companies to your Performance+ accounts.
5. I added the competency but there’s an error prompt “There are no Competencies assigned to the position for the selected Employee”.
If this happens, you need to check if there are competencies assigned to the position of the affected employee.
Just go to System Setup > Content Customization > Position Configuration.
