What if my User Level has no access to file for Leave, Certificate of Attendance, Undertime, Overtime, Official Business, and Schedule Adjustments in the Navigation Access? Can I still approve, reject, cancel, or resubmit the applications of the employees?
Here's what it looks like if the Attendance Applications are disabled in your Access Level. You may also check the My Stuff panel and My Requests tab if you have access to any types of Attendance Applications.
The answer is YES! You may still approve, reject, cancel, or resubmit these as long as your Access Level has access to the Approval Center and the applications are still pending to you. This means that your Dashboard Type is either Manager or Admin.
If you have access to the Access Level tab, follow the steps below to check your Dashboard Type:
1. Go to Maintenance.
2. Click Access Level
3. Select your Access Level. (Check your Profile and go to the Access Level tab to check your Access Level)
4. Your Dashboard Type will appear once you select your Access Level.
5. To check which Attendance Applications you have access to in the My Requests tab, go to the Navigation Access
Basically, you only have no access to file for your Attendance Applications or edit the applications of the employees since these modules are disabled on your Access Level.

As an Approver, you will receive email notifications regarding these applications and have options to Approve, Reject, or Resend the application to the employee for Editing. Here's a sample email notification:
