The Resolution Center widget is one of the most used modules in Sprout HR as this displays all attendance discrepancies of the employees within the current month. Having this in their dashboard makes it easier for them to resolve employees' attendance discrepancies in one go.
However, aren't you just curious as to what are these quick access icons that you see in the Resolution Center widget for? Let me then discuss this for you to utilize these icons!

RESOLVE
When clicked, the Resolve icon lets an Admin select an activity to file on behalf of the employee.
Then, if the user is an employee, this lets him/her resolve her own attendance discrepancies by selecting an activity as well. The said Activities are attendance applications that would resolve an employee's attendance discrepancy may it be via Leave, Official Business, Certificate of Attendance, Schedule Adjustment, etc. However, note that the actions vary depending on the type of discrepancy.

MESSAGE
This icon here lets an Admin send a message via e-mail to remind users to fix their attendance discrepancies which the employees will receive in the e-mail address registered in their Sprout HR profile's Contact Information tab. On the other hand, if used by employees, this would let them send an e-mail to their Immediate Supervisor which they may use to notify them regarding their attendance discrepancy.
For own discrepancies: this would send an email to the user's Immediate Supervisor
For discrepancies of others (e.g. subordinate): this would send an email to that employee

IGNORE
The Ignore icon, when clicked by the Administrator/user, removes the Resolution Center entries that don't need to be resolved on his/her end only. These entries are usually from when an employee was absent or has undertime for a specific shift.
