Enhancing User Experience at Sprout HR
At Sprout HR, we prioritize enhancing your experience by continuously improving our platform's functionality.
Introducing the 'Exclude Inactive Status' Feature
In our ongoing efforts to empower users, we're excited to introduce a new feature in the Employee List Report (ELR): the 'Exclude Inactive Status' checkbox. This feature is designed to streamline data retrieval by allowing users to filter out inactive employee statuses, with our desire to enhance efficiency and accuracy in workforce management.
What’s Changed In The Employee List Report Page?
Previously, the ELR displayed all employees matching the selected filter without the option to exclude inactive statuses. With our latest update, you can now easily opt to exclude inactive statuses by simply ticking the 'Exclude Inactive Status' checkbox.
When activated, this checkbox will exclude the following employment statuses from the list:
- Terminated
- Resigned
- AWOL
- End of Contract
- OJT
- OJT Ended
Moreover, when downloading the report as Excel or a Flat File, only active employees will be included.
With this update, navigating and managing employee data in Sprout HR is now more efficient and tailored to your needs.
