Additional Fields in Employee List Report: Immediate Supervisor & Next Level Approvers

 

Prior to this latest update on Sprout HR, managers and administrators can only search “Reports to” in the Employee List Report. Since there can be multiple Approval Levels in Sprout HR, we have included Next Level Approvers that can display up to 5 approver levels depending on your policy. We have also renamed 'Reports to' to 'Immediate Supervisor' for easier reference.
