If you're wondering where you can get a master list report of employee details in Sprout HR, we've got it for you! Here's how to generate an Employee List Report:
1. Go to the Administration Tools drop-down in the menu tab then look for Employee List Report
2. Once you click the 'Employee List Report' you'll be redirected to another page where you can fill out the details and tick the box for the data you want to include in the Employee List Report.
In the screenshot below, the following were ticked: System ID, Employee ID, Full Name, Status, Hire Date, Biometric ID, SSS, TIN, PhilHealth, PagIbig No, and Status. After you're done selecting the details, click 'Search'.
3. After clicking 'Search', the results will be shown. You can click 'Export To Excel' if you want to download the report. An Excel file will be sent to your computer with the details you requested.
