A perfect attendance is always worth its salt. At times, it may even be more difficult to achieve this than it would seem. If your company incentivizes employees with perfect attendance, You can easily set this up on Sprout HR. Here's how:
1. On the dashboard, go to Maintenance > Company.
2. Select the correct company in the drop-down (if there are more than one).
3. Go to the Payroll Information tab.
4. Select the eligible leaves shown under the Perfect Attendance section. For example, if you select "Birthday leave", this means employees who were on leave for their birthdays are still eligible for the Perfect Attendance Bonus.
5. In the next section, Employee levels, select the employee level/s to which the bonus is applicable. Under Employment status, select the employee status to which the bonus is applicable.
6. Enter the bonus amount.
7. Click the Save button found near the company selector.
On your company's Sprout Payroll account, you can confirm if the Perfect Attendance Bonus has been created by clicking on the Setup tab, and selecting payroll, then Adjustment Templates from the drop-down list that appears.
