With ReadyCash, you can quickly and easily access emergency funds whenever you need them, anytime and anywhere! Here are the different statuses you need to know to see where your transaction is.
Cash Advance Statuses:
Status | Definition |
Requested | This means that the cash request is already in process. |
Outstanding | Cash is successfully disbursed/deposited in the employee’s payroll bank account. Also known as “Disbursed” |
Paid | All of the deductions or repayments have been successfully remitted to our partner, Netbank. |
Cancelled | If a transaction is tagged "Cancelled," it indicates that the ReadyCash transaction is no longer active, along with the corresponding repayments. |
Payment Statuses:
Status | Definition |
Pending | The Pending status will appear if the amount due has yet to be repaid on its due date. |
Deducted | The requested amount, along with the applicable fee, has been deducted from the user’s salary and is reflected in the payslip. |
Paid | The deductions have been successfully remitted to our partner, Netbank |
Cancelled | If a transaction is tagged "Cancelled," it indicates that the ReadyCash transaction is no longer active, along with the corresponding deductions and repayments. |
Deferred | The Deferred status indicates that if the user was unable to pay the amount due on the due date. One of the common reasons for this is that
the user’s salary is insufficient to repay the amount due, or their remaining salary has reached the net pay threshold. Hence, repayment will be deferred to the next pay period Penalty is 5% on the principal amount at 30 Days Past Due (DPD) |
