When an employee resignation/termination, their remaining ReadyWage balance/s will be deducted from their Final Pay.
Simultaneously, You must notify Sprout via email during the reconciliation process if there is a delay in processing the payment for a resigned/terminated employee with an existing ReadyWage transaction. This will allow Sprout to update their records and the Statement of Account, helping to avoid late payment charges.
