Holidays in the Philippines are mandated by the government before the new year, and in Sprout HR, holiday setups from the previous year are automatically renewed based on the official Malacañang holiday announcement. For updated holiday declarations, you can visit the official government page: Nationwide Holidays.
However, if you need to edit, modify, add, or delete holidays from past years, please note that this process can only be done via Sprout's end; The Holidays in Sprout HR that you can see on your end only display the current year's holidays.
How do you request changes for the past year's holidays?
To proceed with any changes, such as adding, modifying, deleting, or unticking specific holidays in your past year's Holiday Plan, you need to submit a Change Request Form (CRF)
