How to Create a Routing Path on Performance+?

There are two routing methods in Performance+, manual routing, and autoroute method.

Manual Routing

The appraiser has the option to choose the routing recipient, where they need to approve the appraisal prior to completing the assessment

Auto Route

The assessment will follow a pre-determined routing path that was set under System Setup first prior to assigning a routing path. Each recipient in the routing path will be receiving an email notification once the assessment is routed.

Creating a Routing Path

1. Go to System Setup and click on Routing Setup.

2. On the sub-menus on the upper path click on Routing Paths, then click on Add new.

3. Once you click Add New button, you will be asked first for the name of the Routing Path, then you need to click on the Add button to add the recipient for this routing path depending on how many appraisers you’ll love to be included.

4. From the dropdown, you will see all appraisers to choose from.

5. Once done don’t forget to click on Save.
