Routing paths allow appraisers, managers, or supervisors to review appraisal before completing it. This enables them to see the overall scores of each employee that is being reviewed for any feedback. Before allocating a routing path it must be created first. Once created, we have different levels where you can allocate the routing paths:
Company-wide. If a Routing Path Level is set to Company-wide, then this Routing Path will be used by all appraisers in your company.
Company Unit Routing. A list of your company units will appear if a Routing Path Level is defined by a company unit (Department, Location, Division, Routing Group). Each company unit can then have its own Routing Path. As you can see in the screenshot below once you choose a company unit all available units registered in the system will show.
Routing Not Required Path. There is an automatic routing path wherein a group's employees will not need to be routed to be completed.
Let’s start assigning routing paths:
1. Go to System Setup, then click on Routing Setup.
2. On the menu above, click on Routing Assign.
3. Routing Assign is divided into two parts; Choose Routing Path Level and Assign Routing Paths. You need to choose the Routing Path Level first and everything below Assign Routing paths will be auto-populated for you to assign a routing path. Once done, don’t forget to click on Save. The page will load indicating that the changes are made. You may double-check by clicking Routing Path Level, and changes should appear.
It’s easy, right? For any more questions or concerns about this feature, feel free to shoot us a message at experts@sprout.ph. We look forward to hearing from you.
