What if you don't want to receive email notifications when you have to review and/or approve payroll runs in Sprout Payroll? Is it possible to disable them? The answer is... YES! You have the option to disable the email notifications and here are the steps you need to follow:
1. Setup > Access Control
2. Select Role
a) Reviewer
a.1. Under Role Information, click Save and Continue
a.2. On Permissions > Email notification (Select on which Payroll Run Status that the {Role} will receive an Email Notification) > Untick the For Review checkbox
b) Approver
b.1. Under Role Information, click Save and Continue
b.2. On Permissions > Email notification (Select on which Payroll Run Status that the {Role} will receive an Email Notification) > Untick the For Approval checkbox
3. Click Save and Continue (per page), until you reach the Users Module, Restrictions, and Permissions section. Then, click Save.
a) Reviewer
b) Approver
