You can delete logs that need to be removed, such as those that were added incorrectly either manually or via upload.
Step 1: Follow the steps discussed in How to View Biologs in the New Attendance Manager Page and How To Use The Filters in the Sidebar
Step 2: On the upper left side of the biologs list, find the batch action dropdown button, displaying options "Add" and "Delete." Click on "Delete," and checkboxes will appear in each row of the list.
Step 3: Tick the checkboxes corresponding to the logs you wish to delete or deselect the ones you want to keep.
Step 4: Click the "Delete" button on the upper right side of the list to initiate the deletion process. Alternatively, click "Cancel" to exit without deleting.
Step 5: A confirmation message will appear, asking you to confirm your action. Proceed by clicking "Confirm." Keep in mind that deleted biologs are permanently removed from the employee's attendance records, including all associated tags. A notification will appear once the logs have been successfully deleted.
