Before doing anything else on your Sprout HR account, the first thing an administrator must do is set up the company profile. Let's walk through this process together.
1. On the Navigation toolbar on the dashboard, click on the maintenance tab.
2. Select Company from the drop-down list that appears.
3. This will take you to the Company Profile page. Under the Company tab, fill out all the fields. If you don’t have a linked Sprout Payroll account, you can leave the Payroll Pie Database field blank. To know what your assigned database code is, please get in touch with your Customer Success Manager.
4. Click the Save button beside the Company field after you’ve added all the necessary information.
