It is important to bear in mind that for resigned or terminated employees, their biometric logs from the separation date up until the present day would no longer reflect on the Attendance Report. On Sprout HR, separation date is defined as the date right after the employee's last day of employment.
In order to view the resigned employee's biometric logs from the date of separation onward, you would have to temporarily change the employment status from resigned/terminated to regular/probationary. You can also edit the separation date on the employee profile as you see fit.
Here's an example:
Last September 20, Employee A submitted a letter of resignation to his company's HR manager. In compliance with their company policy, his resignation will take effect 30 days from the date of submission. This means that October 30 is Employee A's official last day of employment.; consequently, October 31 would be the separation date.
Please take note that once the changes have been on his employee profile, any of his biometric logs from October 31 onward would no longer be recognized by the system and he would automatically be tagged as no logs on the Attendance Report.
Note: It would be best to advise employees to no longer render working hours beyond the date of separation indicated on the employee profile. This is to ensure that all logs are properly captured and recognized by the system.
I hope this information helps!
