On Sprout HR, you can generate Unpaid leave for your Employees. There are two ways this can be done. Here's how:
Via the Leave Report
1. In Sprout HR, go to Administration Tools and select the Leave report on the drop-down menu.
2. Next, select the Date from and to, Company, Department, Location, Employee Name (if applicable), or All to generate all employees. After that, hit the Search Button.
3. To generate the leave report, simply click the Download Excel option.
The days tagged as unpaid leave or leave without pay appear in "Column H" of the Leave Transactions Report sheet.
Via the Approval Center Page
1. Under the My Team tab on the Navigation toolbar on your dashboard, select Approval Center from the drop-down list that appears.
2. On the left side, narrow down the results by filtering the dates as necessary. You may also select a specific department or employee.
3. Once you have narrowed down the results and are now ready to extract the report, click the Download Excel link below these filters.
4. The days tagged as unpaid leave or leave without pay appear in "Column G" of the Leave sheet.
Please note that there is a maximum limit of days that you can generate via the Approval Center, you may generate them per 90 days and then, consolidate the file instead.
