Rejecting COA applications prompts Sprout HR to send an email notification to the employee concerned. As with most things on Sprout HR, this email notification is customizable.
In order to do this, you may follow the steps given below:
1. Under the Maintenance tab, and choose Email Templates from the drop down list that appears.
2. Select COA and then the COA Rejected tab on the first and second row of headers, respectively.
3. Compose your desired email notification for rejected COA applications to be sent to the employees who filed a COA request. You are free to apply any format that you want. Just as well, you may insert fields which will display the actual details of the rejected COA application. To do so, click on the drop down list, select from the list of fields, and then click Insert to include those fields in your email.
4. Once you are done customizing your email notification template for the rejected COA application, click on the Save button.
5. Once the new template has been saved, the notifications received by the employees for their rejected COA applications will look just like how you formatted them:
