This functionality will enable Authorized Users to compose an Announcement and control when it will be posted.
Step 1: Navigate to the Announcement page.
Step 2: Click the “Post an Announcement” button and you will be redirected to the Post an Announcement page.
Step 3: You can choose to send through either via Banner or Mobile App, or both by clicking on your preferred platform.
If you choose Mobile App, this is what it will look like:
Step 4: Complete the details, otherwise, the “Publish Announcement” button will remain disabled.
Reminders:
- Posting past-dated announcements are not allowed, hence the dates before the current system date are disabled.
- The End Date should be later than or equal to the Start Date, otherwise, the User will see this validation.
- Copying and pasting of the Title or Message Content from another source that are exceeding the prescribed character count will result in error. Try copying per sentence within the character count range to ensure that it will be successfully pasted.
- We limited showing only one (1) announcement as a banner. (Announcement Module: Overview & FAQ)
Step 5: Once completed, click “Publish Announcement” button. A confirmation message will be displayed.
Step 6: Click the “Confirm and Publish” button to proceed. The User will see a success message and the newly created announcements will be displayed on the list.
