On Sprout Payroll, you can create multiple Overtime tables with varying rates to assign to different employee types. Creating separate OT tables give you flexibility on what rate to use and to whom it will apply and you can also give specific names per OT tables to differentiate them as well.
But, you might want to take note that adding a new OT table can only be done in your Sprout Payroll account. Simply follow these steps:
1. Hover the cursor to Setup > Payroll > OT Rates
2. Select Add > Click OK
3. Once done, you can click the OT table name should you need to customize the name for easier reference.
4. Then, all you need to do is to select Edit > Modify the rates, and Update to save the changes.
Voila! You now have your own OT tables!
