The Auto-Push function of the biometric device is designed to directly send logs to Sprout HR. For example, an employee would log In using the device, it would automatically reflect in the Attendance Management page of Sprout HR; but what happens if the logs are no longer being pushed to the system?
The first thing to do is to check if there is an X mark on the globe icon much like the one below:
If there is, you would have to troubleshoot the device. Here's how:
1. Turn the DHCP on and off.
* This can be found in the Ethernet tab under COMM (COMM > Ethernet > DHCP).
2. Check the connection of the device to the network (make sure that it's not connected to LAN and WiFi at the same time)
3. Restart the device itself and see if logs will already sync afterwards

- Serial number of the biometric device
