When the computer terminal attached to the biometrics device restarts or gets turned off for some reason, the Biometric Logs Fetcher will likewise stop fetching logs. In this case, you'll have to restart the Biometric Logs Fetcher again. Here's how:
1. On the Windows Start menu on the lower left corner of the screen, type in "services." Click on the Services Desktop App that appears as shown below:
2. When the Services window opens, select the Sprout Biometric Service, then click Restart.
