Are you experiencing any of the following?
- Managers don't receive email notifications for leave applications sent by their team.
- Payslips aren't received in emails (For Sprout Payroll).
- Employees don't receive email notifications for approved or rejected leaves.
In most cases, whitelisting the domains from Sprout's email service will fix these problems. If you haven't tried it out yet, contact your IT Department and advise them to whitelist the following:
In addition, it's always good to run through the following if you haven't yet:
- The email address in the Employee Profile on Sprout HR is correct or updated.
- Check if the email went to the SPAM folder.
Note: If you've mistakenly marked one of our emails as SPAM, this will prevent future emails from going to your inbox.
