From time to time, there are files which we need to add to an employee's records such as their probationary or regularization contract, documents relating to changes in salary or job title, their employment records,and a number of otger things concerning their work. With Sprout HR, you can easily upload these in the employee profile. Herw's how:
1. Make sure you have a scanned copy of the file/s you need to upload.
2. Go to the employee's profile by typing the name of the employee in the Employee Search field.
3. Scroll down and click on the Documents tab, then click Select Files from under it.
Note: The Documents tab and the Select Files button will only be available depending on your given access level.
4. Select the file you need to upload and click Open.
5. Click on the Save button at the bottom of the profile.
