Resigned and terminated employees are no longer reflected on most reports downloadable on Sprout HR. However, the Attendance Report is an exception to this. Generating the attendance report of resigned/terminated employees is, in truth, not much different from generating the attendance report of active employees. Let's take a look how this is done:
1. Under the Administration Tools tab on the Navigation toolbar on your dashboard, select Attendance Report from the drop-down list that appears.
2. Select the date range by filling out the From and To fields. You may also filter the Company and Department as necessary. Then choose the name of the resigned/terminated employee.
3. Tick the Resigned and/or Terminated checkbox.
4. Click on the Generate button to show the attendance summary for the selected employee within the given date range.
5. To see the attendance details per date, click on the attendance summary row.
6. You may also extract the report by clicking on the Download Complete Report button.
