The main purpose of using an Attendance Report for Admins and Managers is to check the Attendance of the employees to make sure they are not missing any logs and/ or any Attendance applications or to simply validate the Attendance of the employees. To revisit how to generate an Attendance Report, you may check here: How to View Attendance Report of Employees.
In this article, we will identify what Employment Statuses can be generated in the Attendance Report. We have created a table below for easier reference:
Although some employment Statuses cannot yet be generated in the Attendance Report, if you still wish to generate them in the system, you may follow the workaround to update the Employment Status of the employees to active or to a closest similar status based on the table above.
For example, AWOL employees can be updated to Terminated or Resigned. OJT can be updated to Probationary or Part-time status. Here's how to Update the Employment Status on the Employee Profile.
Note: For Terminated/ Resigned employees, kindly make sure to tick the Resigned/ Terminated checkbox under the "Include employees with" filter in the Attendance Report. For additional reference: How to Generate the Attendance Report of Resigned/Terminated Employees.
But we'd certainly like to know more about your thoughts on this, as such, if this still does not meet your needs, you may contact your CSM or send us an email at Experts if you wish to send a request for enhancement.
We hope this article helps. If you have questions, please let us know.
