How to Uninstall Sprout's Biometric Fetcher

If you're now using the Auto Push Function for your biologs in the office, you're required to uninstall the Sprout's biometric fetcher service. Here's how:

To uninstall the old fetcher,

1. Run Services (Windows + R), then open services.msc

2. Stop the Biometric Logs Fetcher.

3. Then open the Biometrics Fetcher Installer folder provided by Sprout.

4.Run Setup.

 5. Click Next.

 

6. Click on the Remove radio button and click Next.

7. Click Remove.

8. Click Finish.

To uninstall the new fetcher,

1. Run Services (Windows + R), then open service.msc

2. Stop the BiometricLogsFetcher.

3. Then open the Biometrics Fetcher Installer folder provided by Sprout.

4. Run Setup.

5. Select Remove and click Finish.

6. Click Close.
