Sometimes, the final tally of all leave credits available on the employee profile may seem quite confusing to trace in terms of its accrual and incurrence. Sprout provides a tool to help its users understand where all the leave credits that can be viewed on profile were derived from and when, in the form of a report on Excel file. This report, commonly known as the Leave Ledger, can be generated per leave type, per employee. It gives the details of all the leave credits earned to date, used and manually adjusted by admin. From here, you can view the details of each accrual and when they were accrued into the profile. You can also trace the leaves that were used, for when and what purpose, and you can easily follow the computational tally.
