With our recently-released feature, Compensatory Time Off, employees may now convert their overtime to leave credits! Once this has been enabled, you may now create your CTO leave type and setup your leave plan! Keep on reading to know more!
1. Go to the Company page under the Maintenance tab of your dashboard.
2. Select the company wherein you wish to add the Compensatory Time Off plan in and click the Leave Types and Policies tab.
3. Select the New Leave Type.
4. Name the new leave type as Compensatory Time Off and set it to manage manually.
Note: This is done to speed up the process of creating the leave type since this will not be the basis of the CTO policy.
5. Apply the necessary details and click Assign Plan.
6. Select employees to include in this plan and click OK.
7. Click Save to complete the setup of the new leave type.
8. Go back to the Leave Types and Policies page and click the newly created leave type.
9. The leave type will create a standard leave plan, reflecting the same name. Click this to view and configure the setup of the said plan.
10. Complete the details of the leave plan and click Save once done.
There you have it! You've created your Compensatory Time Off leave plan! Pretty easy, wasn't it?
Notes:
- You may create another Compensatory Time Off plan so long as it is under the Compensatory Time Off leave type
