Aside from the Company Name, there are instances that there are outsourced services that employees may be assigned to. The Client Name is used to determine this.
Here are the steps on how to Add a Client Name:
1. Go to Employee Profile.
2. Go to the Work Information tab.
3. Simply type in the name of the client and select it in the drop-down.
4. Click Save.
Another way to add this is via Bulk Add/Edit Template. You may go to Separate Bulk Upload Template for Adding New Employees and Updating Existing Employees for more details on how to use this feature. Note that the Client Name is included in the default columns of the template (column AK). See sample below:
