What's New: Additional Fields in 201 File

 

Sprout does an amazing job in 3 areas: Automated Timekeeping, Payroll & Government Compliance, and Employee Profile Management.  It’s our goal for you to use the employee profile in Sprout HR as your single source of information - no more outdated spreadsheets, no more rummaging through filing cabinets and best of all no more waiting! Information will be right at the tip of your fingers.

 

In line with this, we’ve developed additional fields in the employee profile that you will find very useful:

 

1. Billability (Dropdown)
2. Job Grade (Dropdown)
3. Job Code (Text Field)
4. Client Name (Text Field)
5. Reasons for Leaving (Text Field)

 To input words that have previously been saved, we’ve added an auto-complete function for fields such as Client Name and Job Code. This is also to ensure consistency of the data inputted. This is especially helpful when generating reports from the Employee List Report.
